Our business hours are from 8:30AM to 6:30PM GMT+08:00, Monday through Friday, except national holidays.
Hourly Rate
BPOVIA can provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Extra hourly ratesmay apply for weekends, holidays or off normal business hours.
Unused Time Rollover
If you are on our 20 Hours or 40 Hours Plan, your un-used hours can rollover to next calendar month once. For example, if you have unused hours in June, you can roll over the unused hours to July, but the unused hours cannot roll over twice to August. For 10 Hours Plan or Full-Time Monthly Plan, there is NO rollover for un-used service hours.
